EASTER LANE SUITE B CENTENNIAL, CO 80112 www.stroke.org It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Marie (nee Muller) Spano, 68, of Jefferson Twp, NJ, on Saturday, August 6, 2022. Donna was born February 14, 1954 in Passaic, New Jersey to the late June Marie (nee Redfern) Muller and the late Herbert Arthur Muller. Donna grew up in Oak Ridge, New Jersey, where she lived for most of her life, prior to her move to Blacksburg, VA and Shohola, PA. Donna, finally, fulfilled her dream to move back to New Jersey, three weeks prior to her passing. And, she was proud to be a Jersey Girl again. Donna enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and sharing a laugh. Donna loved God, and regularly worshipped through online videos and various devotionals. She also enjoyed cooking and baking, trips to Target and Starbucks, and making plans for the future. Donna will always be remembered for her sense of humor, encouragement and support for her loved ones, infectious laugh, bright smile, endless supply of peanut butter, and the biggest, kindest heart which characteristic of God, poured out love even when not loved in return. Her love for family and friends will forever stand unquestionable. Donna was predeceased by her parents, June Marie Redfern and Herbert Arthur Muller, brother, Arthur Anthony Muller, and nephew, Christian Muller. Donna is survived by her children, Evan Spano and wife, Christine Spano, of Hawley, PA, Justin Spano of Randolph, NJ, and Dianna Spano and husband, Fabricio Alvarenga of Hackettstown, NJ; her former husband, Frank Spano of Lake Hopatcong, NJ; her twin sister, Dianne Becker and husband, Bruce Becker of Shohola, PA, and her brother, Eric Muller and wife, Karen Muller of GA; her grandchildren, Isabelle Walther, Alex Spano, and Giuliana Spano, all of Hawley, PA; her nieces, Elizabeth Becker of Hawley, PA and Joy Savage of GA, and nephews, Arthur Becker and Brian Becker, both of PA, Eric Muller, Kurt Muller, Jeff Muller, all of NJ, and Ryan Muller of GA. A Celebration of Life for Donna will be held on September 3, 2022, at the Lodge in Camp Jefferson, located at 81 Weldon Road in Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey, from 12pm to 4pm.
