Jan Patrick Augustyn, 49, of Succasunna, NJ, formerly of Oak Ridge, NJ, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2015. Jan was born on January 29, 1966 and was raised by his parents Anne and Stanley Augustyn in Oak Ridge, NJ. He attended Passaic County Technical School. Jan is survived by his beloved parents Anne (Harmon) Augustyn and Stanley T. Augustyn of Oak Ridge; his dear sister Heather Soovajian and her husband Gerald of Dover, NJ, his loving brother Sean Augustyn and his wife Lisa of Hewitt, NJ, his cherished niece Madison Augustyn , and his longtime companion Jeanne Gunderson. A memorial service to celebrate Jan’s life will take place on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 10am at St. Thomas the Apostle RC Church, 5635 Berkshire Valley Road, Oak Ridge, NJ 07438.
