Born on October 13, 1991 in Dover, NJ to Suzanne (nee Merz) and David DiBernard. Aidan was a lifelong resident of Jefferson Twp. and graduated in 2010 from the Jefferson Township High School. For six years Aidan worked at Bald Eagle Commons in West Milford, NJ. He was an avid hockey player, snowboarder, and hiker. Aidan will best be remembered for his love of family and spending time with his sisters, cousins, and vacationing in Cape May, NJ with his aunts and uncles. He will always be one of “The Crew” where he was known as “Snacks”. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Patricia and Henry Merz, and his paternal grandparents Henry and Vivian DiBernard; and his Uncles Hank Merz, Richard DiBernard, and Martin Evans. Aidan is survived by his beloved parents Suzanne and David DiBernard; his loving sisters Shannon and Avalon DiBernard and his dear cousins Lori and Kerrie Merz, Janeen & Doug Doyle, Amanda & Chris Beyus, Billy, Heidi, James & Krystal Merz, Sarah Dockray & Aaron Steinwart, Charlie & Kerri, Patrick & Emily, and Kevin & Samantha Murphy; his adored aunts and uncles Debi Merz, Bill and Diane Merz, Kathy and Jeff Dockray, Pattie and Charlie Murphy, Debbie Evans, and Linda DiBernard; as well as his adored pug Paddy. The family will receive visitors on Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 2pm to 6pm with a prayer service at 5pm at Stickle-Soltesz Funeral Home, 187 La Rue Road, Newfoundland, NJ 07435 (For GPS use 1 Post Place).
